A Mixed Feelings Day

Mercury is retrograde right now.  It is scheduled to go direct again on December 6th.  When the planet is in retrograde, communications are not the best, technology breaks down, and we can sometimes shoot ourselves in the foot.  It's best to simply wait it out.  Things should begin to get better tomorrow!

Hi Sheila- well that says a lot about the Customer Service at AT&T!  Good grief!  I watched the services today and loved the loyalty and friendship that you could see, especially watching Jim Baker cry.

There is Myrl, ever the Magic 8-ball, LOL. Today a friend began telling me a tale of when she lost her purse. The first thing I assured her was there are a lot of good people in the world. Far more good people than bad people. Bad people are such a small segment.

There, I hope that made you feel better because you are in the majority! Shame on that CEO of AT&T who doesn't give a crap about the people who help write his god damn paycheck.

I was a customer of AT&T once, no make that twice.  I'm staying with Verizon, great customer service.

Sorry you are still dealing with AT & T.  Know that you are not alone in your misery, but that doesn't change things. I have a family member who used to work at AT & T and left - the reasons are obvious. Perhaps she has some ideas.

I only saw bits and pieces of the service...very emotional. George W's eulogy was so beautiful.

As for A T & T - pretty horrible customer service when they don't even respond.  That says a lot about them. I went through Hell with Sprint many years ago and eventually got what I wanted but it probably wasn't worth all the stress.
