Buying A New Construction Home in Daytona Beach Florida is different than purchasing a resale home.  There will be many decisions to be made, and you need a licensed Real Estate professional to help guide you along the way...
 
What You Need to Know before you Visit the Sales Center
 

1.  When searching for a new home, one of the decisions you will need to make is whether you want to purchase a "resale" home or a "brand new" home.

 

2.  If you are considering a "brand new" home is it best to have your own Real Estate professional represent you before you go to their sales office.

 

3.  If you decide that you would like to have your "own" Realtor, then you must remember that your agent must be registered with the builder first before you schedule a meeting or tour the model homes. Schedule your sales center visit along with your Realtor so that you can register together.  This is the best way to make sure that your Realtor will be able to represent you during the transaction.
