Hello,I am currently looking for a real-estate agent in Greensboro NC. My clients are getting ready to move and I need a good Realtor that also handles rentals. They are relocating from the Cleveland area. If you are interested I would love to hear from you. There criteria is: Rent range is from $1000-1150. They would like at least 3 bedrooms and 1.5ba. They would like a house with a yard but are willing to substitute for a condo or a apartment that has a playground and areas for children to play. They are planning on coming down the weekend of the 18th and I would like to have some rentals set up ahead of time for them to look at. They are very limited on time and have two small children. You should use the referral service on the top of the screen. I have used this to refer clients before and it has worked really well.
