President Jimmy Carter was a Naval Academy Graduate from Annapolis so he cheers on the Navy aka Annapolis Football Team.... just like People from Yale and Harvard would cheer their team on. Well, you're having one heck-of-a sports year this year, Endre! Congrats on the win!

Funny but, I was working all day with a cutsom builder putting together a Contract for my buyers. He's a West Point grad and was THE most patient guy - DURING THE GAME - as my clients had a few questions that kept him from seeing the entire game. He never complained once!

It is an exciting day here in Center City Philadelphia and you see all the Army and Navy guys walking about . I remember when I worked downtown it was packed with service men . Great post by the way
