Saturday's Shots - Charlotte Snowmageddon 2018?

Well, you certainly won't get that sense looking at this photo but, the snow has started to fall in Charlotte and it is GLORIOUS! Big, white flakes are beginning to stick to the ground - such a treat for us here. We so rarely have the beautiful white fluffy 'stuff' that we often feel like children when we finally do see some snow.

It's a bit early in the year for snow here but, we'll take it! I have a feeling that my phone will be blowing up in the morning when my friends wake up to beautiful snow-covered landscape. Happy Winter!

OMG snow in Charlotte!! What a treat..the same thing happens here.... we are paralyzed if it snows (once in about every 7 years). I always chuckle it's a holiday because no one knows how to drive on it or have the equipment to clear it! Enjoy it..the sights and sounds of Christmas!!

Well, we were 'ripped off,' Dorie Dillard CRS GRI ABR!! We barely got enough to cover the ground and now, it's just sleeting, covering the roads with ice, which no one can drive on! Ha! I'm staying in by the fire today! We lost power so, the generator was fired up and we're nice & toasty!

Well, you are mostly right, Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD - we only get 1-2 snowfalls a year and it's typically only 1 - 4 inches. We do get a lot of ice though.

We don't shovel here, Roy Kelley - we just stay inside until it melts! LOL We have little to no equipment for the roads so, we stay close to home and enjoy the day(s) off as a gift!
