Green Builders to give away Toyota Prius Hybrid with Home Purchase

On June 7 and June 15 Eco Builders, Trilogy by Shea Homes, will be hosting an "Eco Expo" in the Phoenix area. Trilogy will give away Toyota Prius Hybrid cars with all homes purchased by June 15. What does anyone know about the footprint of a Prius vs. the footprint of a gasoline automobile?

At 50 mpg, it's got to be better! Interesting idea, bet they're getting lots of publicity for that one.

Hi Patrick - Let us know how this campaign works! What features of Trilogy homes would entice a buyer?

Thanks for all your comments. It seems that what would entice buyers most (aside from the Prius!) is that Trilogy/Shea homes come standard with environmentally friendly materials, appliances, etc. It's also great to see businesses using marketing initiatives that ultimately contribute to the well being of the community..
