Just checking to see how everyone out there in the rest of the world is doing. Things were busy here in Florida for a while. But things have begun to slow down again. I was just wondering what the rest of the real estate community is doing. I was in Chicago last weekend and saw that there are alot of properties on the market up there. In the cul de sac where my daughter lives there where 4 out of the 6 houses are for sale. I think that most of them where short sales. I couldn't get over the rpice of gasoline up there it was $4.19 all around where she lives. But if you ventured downtown into the city the prcies where $4.69 ouch that really hurts. What are we going to do?

Our Windermere offices in Sacramento have experienced fairly strong months of late! Finally! We think we have seen the worst of it and look forward to the light at the end of the tunnel getting brighter each month. California gas prices are about like yours...not much fun!

looks like it is still pretty much the same trend, which will continue at least for a few months.
