There is a good chance when you read this, you might think I am a little different.
And that is ok.
I like to get people to laugh, I like creating fun for children, I also like being brutally honest.
Before you read on, consider some things I have done in the past:
Created the worlds largest residential pumpkin parade
Published author of two books about real estate
Wear an orange suit
Give away over 20,000 pumpkins to kids
Creator of rent a fan club and greet people at the airport singing to them, when they arrive in Phoenix.
Win humorous and international speech contests in toastmasters.
Fly in four different tv station’s helicopters to four different hospitals landing on the helo pad and delivering pumpkins to 60 or more pumpkins to kids there.
And finally, a friend is providing the suit, and got me to agree to be Santa clause the 24th of this month, at sky harbor international airport.
And I am not old, fat or big. Just a little 5’ 8” 167 pound who enjoys racquetball a few times a week.
If you are a seasoned real estate agent, if you sell 20 or more homes a year, you may be able to relate to my thinking.
Just a couple weeks ago, I had a couple from the san Francisco area looking to purchase an investment home here in phoenix until they retire in 10 years.
After explaining to them how Zillow is the devil and how it works, that when a home goes pending, and closes,
Zillow leaves it on their web site for a couple or three months.
They still did not believe me.
Two times in less than 10 days they went back to Zillow searching for the truth, called me to see a home they had found.
After looking it up, I called them, and told them they were pending,
And the mls is the only true results of homes for sale.
The moral of the story, when people are told the truth, they don’t believe it.
