The second dog is Michael Jackson's dog, Mirela. I'm not exactly certain who the first dog belongs to, but if I had to guess I would say that it's the White House press secretary's dog.

David:    The First dog:   ...It's actually a new breed called "Jackshuahua"...

Second dog:  Perhaps you might have something there...  we'll just call him the White House mutt.

These pictures are train wreck!  It is awful, but you can't stop looking!  The MJ dog gives me the creeps, and I love dogs!

Was that a release form you had me sign the other day, so you could use my photo in your blog, I have to stop signing everything people put in front of me things are getting ruff out there, it makes me want to bark. underdog!
