OMG, I was expecting to see the word perseverance, not perspiration, Paul! LOL  

This reminds me of my Dad growing up - I used to hate to perspire and of course, when you're the oldest and have all of the chores to do (lawn mowing, clipping, car washing and waxing, etc.), you perspire!  He would always tell me that "Sweat never hurt anybody and neither does work!" 

LOVE the photo too - the leaves are just such a beautiful color.
