I've heard of it, realtor.com will be offering it to realtors.
I don't know when, but if you go to realtor.com and then click on realtor benefits, there will be an explanation. They say free, but who knows?
Great blog David, we have something similar at KW in Franklin Tennessee. It is called Voice Pad, and it is a service added to our monthly fees. It is great for listing presentations, sellers like to know there house info is at a potential buyer's finger tips. Better than that though is that we can register our buyers for this info for any listing of any house. Check out my blog for details.
