The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles with a population just over 50,677.    The Town of Parker is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community.    It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer.   You will find many locally owned businesses and restaurants.

The highest sale in November in Parker was $1,925,000 in Evans Ranch, which sold in 68 days, was a custom home built in 1996, with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 car garage attached and a 22 car garage detached!   (this is not a mis-print)  The home has 5,185 total square feet on 35.38 acres. 

 

 As of today you will find 232   active homes for sale in Parker (ranging from $335,000 to $12,900,000).   These homes were built from 1900 to 2019.   There are 173 currently under contract (ranging from $324,800 to $1,485,000) with an average of 69 days on market.
