How many For Sale signs should a house have? How many arrow signs leading traffic to the home? Why do I ask... well driving a couple of months ago I saw a sign and another and another on a Manchester NH area home just listed back then. There was an arrow sign on every corner for blocks. It did catch my attention and there was 3 for sale signs at the house alone.
SO when I got back, I looked the home up in MLS. To my surprise there was no interior pictures. No room sizes and a one line description. That was no help. I called and left a message for more information. I never got a call back.
Why am I sharing this story? Well I saw that home on the expired list recently. I knew it as the "sign house". I thought to myself all the signs in the world do not sell a home on their own. It takes a well planned recipe of pictures, a good description and an agent actively marketing the home. Answering a call or email is a must when you have a potential buyer. Maybe they were too busy? (placing more signs?)
The moral of the story is that a Buyer or Seller should not choose just any agent, choose the BEST agent for the job. Having an agent that works for you is a must.
My philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process.
