This 24 unit complex sits directly across the street from the hospital. I have taken over management and all tenants have paid their rent on time the past two months.
The new owner just completed a new parking lot and the windows and vinyl siding have been replaced in 2018 by the previous owner.

In 2019 I will have a 48 unit complex available and a 25 unit combination property available in late spring. Both will cash flow at the 10% mark.
I do not have a specific date for making them available as we are in the process of a complete remodeling including new plumbing, wiring, sheetrock, floors, baths, kitchens on a 16 unit building that will paired with a 9 unit complex as a package. I do have the listing papers signed and am waiting to market simply because we do not have a completion date roughed in yet.
