Denver Real Estate - Selling One Home at a Time

Jeff, I know you won't find a HOUSE for under $200,000 in Denver.  Had a buyer earlier this month qualified for $275,000 and was tough to find a townhome.

You are right Joan Cox. All of the 10 cities are in the Midwest or East, but not in the Western US. Same here in Phoenix, not much for less than $200K but those cities listed it is good to see it is still possible for those on a limited budget or fixed income. In Phoenix metro, the average selling price for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is now $285K, which is more affodable than Denver. Of course places like Scottsdale and Paradise Valley are higher than the average.
