For those of you that like the numbers, well there you have it. These statistics are compiled from RMLS and sold information was based on year-to-date 2008 numbers. Where as we are seeing days on market times longer than in recent history, our inventory levels are stable and prices are adusting down which was expected with the crazy inflated pricing we experienced in 2005-06. For those sellers accepting that the boom is over and pricing their homes accordingly, they are enjoying shorter market times which equals not having to clean the house daily for potential showings...priceless!
