I do.
Spending time in the garden can ease stress and help to relax.
In the morning I love going outside into our garden with a cup of coffee in hand. It is usually warm in here. Sometimes I take a fluffy blanket. Sounds, scents, fresh colors feel tranquil ~ just what I need before a busy day.
