Welcome to winter. Today is the day and yet I guess Mother Nature has other plans. It is currently 50 degrees and pouring. The winds are blowing with gusts up to 50 mph and the snow has melted. Later it will reach 60 degrees if the weather folks are right. Oh well, the morale of this story is simple........you get what you get. Enjoy your day.

We were near 70 degrees yesterday in Northern VA. And it was nearly as mild today when I met a friend for brunch. However, in the couple hours we were inside, a front moved through and the coat I had left in the car was needed just making the trek from the restaurant TO the car.
