Christmas...The Day After Hangover or Hanging On

Good morning Kathy Streib,

Today is a re-group day! The kids were great about cleaning up last night before they left but now its time to unload the dishwasher and get things back to order. My oldest granddaughter goes back to NYC so want to see her one more time. I'm so blessed and thankful each day for my family and Geno even had a great day..exhausting but worth every minute of family love.

Nothing really routine anymore for me. I just do some needed things like hanging my curtains back up. Putting away my little ceramic tree and ceramic snowmen.  Then doing anything that makes my little space more organized and efficient and easily accessible. I have done many changes over the  7 month's.

Then probably read.  Enjoy your Kathy routine. 

Looks like Santa is about to get really wet, haha.  I am headed out for a nice hike!  Enjoy your day my friend!

No hangover for me!

I have been fighting off a cold since the 23rd. It's hitting me hard today, but I still managed to meet my cousin and go visit our Aunt who is currently in a home. Aunty was so happy to see us. I'm so glad I forced myself to go.

Well, I promised my neighbor I would come back over and help them eat leftovers. I slipped out yesterday without taking a big bag of food home with me, LOL. Every day in Hawaii is a celebration, though. The worst day in Hawaii is better than than the best day ever in Sacramento.

We are about partied out...ready to be "normal"!

I am so saturated in sugar and chocolate that today my brain felt like it needed a day off.  I had errands this morning, but have pretty much just hung around close to home today.  I feel a little better this evening.  Tomorrow is a new day.

Hi Kathy Streib, definitely no hangover for me. I avoid stores after Christmas, don't need anything that bad.

Kathy my stomach needs to get back to my normal routine, or I am going to need to look for some after Christmas cloths sales ...... LOL

To make the safer and less rushed; we spread it out a bit. Our kids don’t arrive at our house until New Year’s Eve and we celebrate Christmas that day. This saves a lot of bickering with in-laws 🤪

I went to the office for about 2 hours, no other agent came in, so I went to the casino.  Almost doubled my money, it was a great day

It was a travel day back home, with a husband with the stomach flu. We made it home safely and very thankful for that.

I guess it’s a little bit of both for me and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. To a great 2019!

Oh, I'm with you on the Kathy-routine - WHEW! I had zero time this year for the hangover that I typically do have. It's back to work and more than that, back to NORMALCY! ;-)
