There are so many things to get excited about with this home. LOCATION: Walking distance from downtown Royal Oak, close to schools, freeways - easy access to Detroit. SPACE: Sprawling, and I do mean sprawling - when I first walked through this home I thought it would go on for for ever! You have to actually experience this home to know what I mean. The living room is large and bright and welcoming, featuring coffered ceilings, hardwoods, leaded glass windows and natural fireplace.
