This morning on the Q & A Section, Peter Mohylsky noted that today was National Bacon Day. This afternoon, we popped in to see Jane, owner of Carpinteria Wine to look at the selection of Champagne and other bubblies in the store.
And lo, and behold, Bacon wine was sitting at the entrance. Here are the wine makers notes: "BACON is bursting with luscious berry flavors and a mouth-watering finish. " This wine is a blend: 35% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 10% Merlot, 10% Petite Syrah!
