Waterfront Landings Condos For Sale at Seattle’s downtown waterfront:
Earlier this year, Molly Cartwright and I competed against at least two other brokers for one of the fourth floor Puget Sound view units at the 1900 Alaskan Way building of the Waterfront Landings condominium complex. We worked extremely hard on making sure that we were able to get the seller the greatest return on their investment and as a result we were able to provide a record setting sale for Waterfront Landings Condominiums overall!
Other brokers had suggested extensive remodels. We made recommendations which ended up saving the seller tens of thousands of dollars in unnecesary improvements, but also enabled the unit to sell during the hot selling season. Had the seller taken the other advice he received during his broker search, he would have missed the market. This would also likely have ultimately cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We sold this Waterfront Landings Puget Sound condo in just TWO days for a record setting $825.38 a square foot! We listed this unit of Waterfront Landings for $1,100,000 and sold it for $1,210,000. It also closed in escrow just a week later!
