I for one am really looking forward to 2019

Pumped up squirrel.

 By Tuesday I will be moved into my new office and it will be fully functional with phone and Internet (and coffee). I need to get re-educated on the latest info for closing agents as I plan to get back to mobile notary work once again.

There was very little I did not like about being a mobile closing agent. Signers were always happy to see me because when the paperwork was done they OWNED that home you (Realtors) helped them find. The only headaches I remember was the occasional signing company going out of business and my not getting paid but that was really rare.

It's not exactly the "semi" retirement I had hoped for but it's even more flexible that Real Estate and a whole lot less of a challenge.

So YES, I'm pumped up for 2019 and my new adventure. I hope everyone has a great year in Real Estate because that's what keeps mobile notaries busy!

Endre Barath, Jr. after years of representing builders/developers I'm tired of moving from model home to model home (sometimes as often as 6 times a year) so it will be nice to rent from someone who doesn't expect me to sell the place. I've been holding on to that squirrel picture since I took it last spring. He was so friendly and I loved the way it looked like he was just flexing his mussels for us.

Mike Baltierra just don't ignore the ones you love in your pursuit of the best year ever. Try not to put to much pressure on yourself, it's hard to be productive in the hospital re-cooping from a heart attach (speaking from experience... twice).
