The length of her calves,
The width of her hips, or
The nature of her parents...

That her childhood
May not have been
Perfect..but;
Its over...

Wouldn't
Do for love or more...

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
How to live alone...
even if
She doesn't like it...

Whom she can trust.

Whom she can't.

And why she shouldn't Take it personally...

Where to go...
Be it to her best friend's kitchen table..
Or a charming inn in the woods...
When her soul needs soothing...!

What she can and can't accomplish
In a day...
A month..
And a year...

Karen, thanks for taking the time to write this out....I have seen it several times before but eveyrtime I read it I get reminded to stop, take stock of who and what I am and take time to smell the roses. We are what we want to be.

Karen, thanks for sharing. My daughter (also my assistant) told me today, that she has to keep me around so she has someone she can make fun of for years to come. How sweet is that? (Think I'll go thump her on her head). LOL
