Lets look back and review the Real Estate market in the Manchester NH area. 2018 was a wonderful year for Real Estate. Over all a very busy market that saw a shortage of homes for sale in some markets. 

 

Many ask what exactly is a condominium? I like to say it is a style of life, not just a type of building. There are different types of condos in our area.
