The Latest Market Stats for El Dorado County-
Well now, here are some interesting numbers! We don't have December/Year End Numbers just yet, though will be posting those as soon as they come in-
El Dorado Counties Homes For Sale are down 13.5% from October-and are up 17.1% Since same time last year.
I was just asked today, what defines a "Buyers Market", "Sellers Market" and where are we when we consider Your Marketplace to be "Neutral?"
A "Buyers" Market is when there are more than 6 Months of Inventory, based on closed sales. A "Sellers" Market is when we have less than 3 Months of Inventory, again, based on closed sales. A "Neutral" Market is when we have 3 to 6 months of Inventory-based on the same, closed sale numbers...
