Starting a new year always brings new challenges, new goals and new things to do. As you may know, real estate activity starts to have more movement and you need to be prepared to attend your clients with perfected processes, so here I present you with 3 sales/ marketing materials in which you must work so you can be ready when needed.
1) Presentation of your services
Believe it or not, we sometimes get so wrapped up in our routine and daily activities that we forget how to explain to our clients what we're offering to them. I recommend you to prepare a presentation with all the up-to-date information about everything you'll do for your clients, this way you will not have to improvise.
2) Statistics
This is a complement to the first point (presentation of your services), take a big dive into all the operations that were done in your office in 2018 and analize some monthly trends, for example, how long were on inventory homes with specific characteristics or in specific areas; how many operations were done in your office, which months were the most active and which were the most passive. Now you can use all that data to add it to your presentation as evidence of your market knowledge, the efficiency of your office and your services as a real estate advisor.
3) Review your data base
Remember your data base is the most important asset you have as a Real Estate Advisor so it should always be up to date, make sure to check it and classify your clients based on their taste and preferences or types of operations you can or have done with them. Don't forget those with which you didn't close an operation, it is always good to follow up and keep in touch with them since you never know, they could refer you to someone they know.
