Hi Scott...On Monday before the Open House I place a sign topper on my Sign "Sunday Open House 2 to 4 PM", then if I have time do a mail out to area. With our MLS listings I put Open House "Sunday 2-4 PM" in the MLS IInternet Comments, then post an Open House on all my web sites, blog on AR Blog, My Web Site Blog and Digg.

That about it...and off course have the house neat and tiddly, lots of hand outs, Open House Arrows and Dress Well, with my Name Tags( It puts a smile on my face when everyone calls me by my name, then latter realize they read it on my name tag). Now you have it.
