Hi Mirela - I have always heard so much about Myrtle Beach, but have never visited.  After seeing these pics, I will definitely have to go someday!

Denise:  "Someday" is too far away.  Just take a few days off and jot down this year. 

Best time to visit:  May or September.  Water is warm, crowds are not here, all is wide open.  Superb!

Send me a buyer referral and it will more than pay for the trip!

Pictures say it better than words.  If you sell real estate you may as well live in a beautiful area.

I just came from the beach.  It is just so beautiful!  Every time I see the ocean, and I go almost every day, because I live and work so close to it, I have to say a silent prayer of appreciation for all that loveliness.  It just washes all the angst out of you.  It is so relaxing indeed!

Chris:  Yes, the Hilton at Kingston Plantation should be nice.  I've never stayed in it, but Kingston Plantation is one of the finest developments at the beach, and the Hilton is located right within it.  They have a great gyn (at Kingston Plantation), I've been in that.  They also have several restaurants and a lovely stretch of the beach.  Go for it!

We'll have to have a margarita at that Jimmy Buffet pub; we only have a few hundred "homes" for the "parrot heads" here...

Leolinda:  Thank you so much!  Yes, we are having some great deals right now, but not for long; activity has picked up a lot.

Barbara-Jo:  Can you believe it?  I know what you mean.  There was nothing here in '95 when I moved here.  It's hard to believe this is the same place now!

Ah, crafty Mirela. I see your plan. You are not going to quit with the pictures until I buy a condo in Myrtle Beach - will ya? (Just kidding).

I'm happy to report I'm one of Mirela's 'savvy' investors. She and I found some amazing deals together. I sold my last (of several) oceanfront units on contract in 06 for a tidy sum, sat out the market downturn, and am now ready to jump back in... in part due to Mirela's keeping her finger on the pulse of what's happening for her investors! She is sooo right, there are bargains to be had at the beach right now. And it is a lovely place to be besides...that blue Atlantic is magic!  I'm looking forward to some more profitable fun in the sun at my former home base~ Myrtle Beach, SC.
