Minnesota Down Payment Assistance Programs have just gotten much better!
You can now search for all of the programs that normal loan officers have plus the new Zero Down Programs using down payment assistance in Minnesota that have no income limits and only require a 620 Fico score.
This means you can buy a home over the Minnesota normal down payment income level of $145,000. You can also use these programs to buy a home that is over the 328,000 purchase limit. These new programs allow you to buy a home up to a purchase price of 499,000 using zero down loans and down payment assistance.
If you have 10% to put down, you can get a matching 10% down payment assistance with no payment due until you sell your home. That would reduce your payment by the 10% plus reduce your payment by gettting rid of your private mortgage insurance.
Does anyone else think that this is a good program? I have used it multiple times in the last 3 months and it has went very smooth.
It is available in 49 of the 50 states I have been told.
