A New Day, A New Attitude

Good morning Michael Jacobs - "A New Day, A New Attitude" reminds me of the Serenity Prayer. It's all about choosing our attitude; then editing, changing, revising, or finding new ways to make the best opportunities for others. When we serve others well, things always seem to work out better too.

Reading between the lines, I drew the following conclusion: When we are not in control, it's easy to be controlled by others.

I second the comment Ron and Alexandra Seigel just made "I am so delighted you are treating us with your  ponders." We all need to take time to ponder and I love your title....if we are blessed with a new day (it is a gift) than it is up to us to make the most of it..no moping around..being "all in" is a wonderful thing.....Look at what happened to Clemson when the they were "all in!"

They even wrote a song entitled "New Attitude" I will also say like the others I am happy to see your frequent pondering here in the rain. We are all blessed like you Californian's with long awaited splashes in the rain after a drought of ponderings. VERY REFRESHING and wonderful for the soul.   Go forth and ponder some more.

I remember well the words from my mother...."you better change that attitude missy!"

I heard once all you have to do is smile and it will change your attitude. I was feeling particularly miserable one day and gave it a try. I was thinking how stupid it was until I looked in the mirror, which made me laugh. Attitude changed!

Michael, we do have days, you just want to go to bed, they are exhausting, and HOPE the next day is different.

It is easy when we think about it, but putting it into action isn't always as easy when we have something weighing on our mind.  It definitely is the thing to do though!  As I look back, even things that I was most worried about ended up working themselves out just fine, so I tell myself all of the time, don't worry, it will be fine.

Love the attitude, Michael! We just can't allow our minds to go to the negative thoughts and we'll always feel like it's a new day!
