If you decide that you would like to have your "own" Realtor, then you must remember that your agent must be registered with the builder first before you schedule a meeting or tour the model homes. Schedule your sales center visit along with your Realtor so that you can register together. This is the best way to make sure that your Realtor will be able to represent you during the transaction.
