This "radar" is not for your automobile. (I am sure we all drive the speed limit on the way to appointments.)
It isn't something that HP, Dell or Microsoft advertises in real estate magazines. It doesn't cost much; maybe a little time and effort. But, the value is priceless to customers.
The "Radar" is packaged in fancy dresses, metro-sexual suits and plain khakis with boat shoes....
The "radar" is the real estate agent's ability to "ANTICIPATE".
STOP! Do Not think Ketchup and Carly Simon!
Instead, think "Radar O'Reilly" from M*A*S*H. For those of you aren't old enough to remember the movie or the series, watch a re-run on TV Land, or ask your parents. (Did I really just write that?)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radar_O'Reilly
Corporal Walter Eugene "Radar" O'Reilly ...He was endowed with extra-sensory perception, appearing at his commander's side before being called and finishing his sentences. He also had super-human hearing, able to hear incoming helicopters before anyone else. It was these abilities which earned him the nickname "Radar."
Become a "Radar" real estate agent. Hone your ESP (EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER) skills.
- Call customers before they call you.
- Have information ready and give it freely without them having to ask for it.
- Be prepared for any transaction catastrophe and act swiftly in a positive manner.
To get ahead, you need to think ahead. Anticipate.
