Hi Will Hamm - When you come from a much smaller market, the Denver numbers are staggering. Clients need someone like you to filter through all the choices available.
Love your slogan...where there is a will there is a way. My last name is Olivas us and I have always said unfortunately "O leave us, alone" doesn't work well.
Those numbers are big,our market is not small but we don't compare to the Denver market. Buyers and sellers need help digesting the data and working out what is relevant and what is not. Your weekly reportshopefully will make them realize Will Hamm is the man to call.
