The video will give you a good idea of why this beach is so popular with locals and visitors. With shopping nearby, plenty of restaurants, beach activities such as kite flying, beach volley ball, and surfing, plus the amenities (snack shop, rentals, changing rooms and showers, barbecue pits, picnic areas, on-beach pathways for the physically challenged) it is easy to see what the parking lots fill up on good beach days. You can even join the regular drum circle under the palm tree!
There are also hotels and B and Bs within walking distance (some with views of the beach and ocean). What more can you ask?

Hi Jeff, that was wonderful and I am glad you did this. It really helps me better understand how we can use video to market certain areas. I loved the fact that you also had a house being tented in the distance. Reality strikes home. Termites love our houses even when they are practically on the beach. Too bad they don't eat fish instead of wood. They must never of heard of the omega 3's, lol.

It's a pretty cool beach, Irina. The video was fun to do but I had to record it several times, and it could be better. It was a beautiful day but rather windy.
Jeff, your best work yet. I loved hearing your voice and the great background information your provided. I don't remember this beach for some reason but it is wonderful awesome and seems to have something for everyone. You are such an incredible source of information about your greater Carlsbad area.
