Any advise on How to get the most out of Active Rain

Still relatively new to Active Rain. I would love some advice on how to get the most out of it. For instance...I am in Tampa Florida and have been wanting to get involved with selling REO homes. I would love to hear how people in other areas have been able to get started.

Would love to know what others are doing to survive the slower market. I have switched focus from predominately a lister to working many New Home and Bank Owned Home Buyers... Anyone else have stratagies they are using that they would like to share..

Hi Scott - The best suggestion that I can give you is go on the Internet and type in REORENEGADES.com

I did this several months ago and have been very happy with the results. Frank Patrick, owner-realtor-investor-commentator-etc.,etc is very helpful and it will be the best money that you will spend. I don't know what your foreclosures are like in FL, but they were (are) terrible in the Denver area. Frank puts out a newletter every month full of ideas, has conference calls and they are there to help you succeed. It is a lot of hard work, but many Realtors have made a ton of money.

Good luck - let me know if you do this, and please tell them I referred you as I get a free month of newsletter or something . If you have time, let me know if you do anything - best program that I have seen.
