Condo sales in our area are on an increase despite what the National News says about the market. We are still seeing homes selling and better yet we are seeing Condo Sales pick up once again. Many have had to come down off the inflated prices, however if you were lucky enough to get into the Condo market here in Panama City Beach just before the boom you are sitting pretty good right now. If you werent so lucky hold on tight and put a renter in there. It will sell!!!
