I try to update my readers on some of the useful tools in my technology arsenal... and this time it requires a video to show you how Piclens (a browser plugin) simplifies brand and reputation management when it comes to online search.

In addition to brand and reputation, for all the listing agents here you will be amazed what types of presentations you can give a prospect by using a Flickr account coordinated with Piclens to present a user friendly browsing experience of all your properties.

I've heard of people "playing" with piclens lately on twitter.   Now, I get it!  Thanks, Barry.  Of course, I also saw Missy C's photo on your own piclens...I'll have to go check mine out!  Best,

Natalie... I think you win the "eagle eye" award on ActiveRain. You managed to spot Missy's photo from a second of me playing with PicLens.

Dana & Keisha - hopefully you both find the new tool useful. I think it is really important to think "out of the box" when running into new tools like PicLens. Many people use Piclens for playing around and goofing off (which is a completely legitimate use...) but I use it for a serious business tool. I think there are several good reasons a real estate pro would use it when dealing with clients and wanting to present an easy to view home or community portfolio.

Alan- that is almost too funny. I hadn't spotted Jeff's Piclens post. I should have posted my video here right away and beat him to the punchline. I guess that is what I get for being on too many social networks!

I'm going to have to go knock on Jeff's door now. It is funny we were both playing with the same tools (hmmm... great minds think alike?)
