I havae been refi'ing my subprimes mortgages into FHA. They listened to my advice and kept their credit clean

What a great picture, had one crawl out of the chimney a while back, didn't have my camera handy . . . good thing for me the near by door was standing open . . . I think I scared him as much as he scared me.

Dawn, very cute picture but a sad reality for many people. Fortunately I haven't had to work with anyone who is in danger of losing their home.
Funny, my client told me the other day about the differences between her standard of living and her husband's. She said he would be happy living in a cardboard box! this photo reminded me of that conversation!
