We are also neighbored by three of the fastest growing Georgia counties; Douglas, Paulding and Coweta and I-20 provides a straight shot to Atlanta.

Recreation is in abundance too. You can laze the day away at our local beach, John Tanner State Park. For a little more adventure you can ride horses, camp or hike next to the Chattahoochee River in McIntosh Reserve. Take a hometown, weekend get-a-way in Historic Banning Mills resort and spa. The entire family can play hard at either the City or the County’s many recreation departments.

From luxury townhomes and historic lofts and homes, lake front property to farmland, Carroll County, Georgia offers a wide variety of property and makes a great place to call home.
