Trader Joe's Brie en Croute

 

Chef Dolores baked a Trader Joe's Brie en Croute, a whole little brie wrapped in a buttery crust, for the first time for our happy hour at home. This was an excellent selection and you may wish to give it a try. This is a good item to have in the freezer when you have unexpected guests for a drink and an appetizer.

I love things like that.  Sometimes I make my own baked brie.  I use philo for the crust, and brie, along with sliced apples and chopped walnuts.
