Your attorney will need to know the name of your lending institution and mortgage account number in order to satisfy any and all mortgages/liens on the property.
Your Attorney will need:
A copy of the signed purchase agreement signed by both parties.
The Deed
The certificate of Occupancy
The Survey
If you have your prior title search number that would also be helpful.
If you are selling a condo/townhouse or co op which has monthly community fees, the buyer's attorney and or the buyers' lender will request to see the community's financials and an offering plan or prospectus.
