When you want to be the best, talent is not enough; you need to make sure that you have the best tools as well. To ensure success with your Real Estate Virtual Assistant, having excellent systems in place is crucial.

First of all, remember that taking the time to train your Real Estate Virtual assistant is essential. The time you spend will only benefit you as you may be familiar with the 30x rule. Take a step back and underline the things that you need to delegate and take the time to train your virtual assistant to do them just as well as, or even better than you can do it. How much time should you spend training your virtual assistant? TED speaker Tai Lopez talk about something called the law of 33%. It basically states that you should break-up the time you spend with people into 33%: People you respect (mentors, leaders), people you relate to (peers, friends, sphere of influence), and people who respect you (people you can teach, mentor, guide, who you have authority over). By following this rule, you can strike a balance in your life and figure out how to best spend your time when it comes to training your virtual assistant.
