5 Tips to Getting Started with a Marketing Strategy in 2019.

 

 

Michael Jackson: Wanna be startin' somethin' with your marketing? YOU SHOULD!! Twenty-five miles down the road and this time, you are thinking about how you are going to get eaten alive by your competition. “Save me” you say. Sorry, whatzupwitu? I need you to think about your marketing. Black or white, you have to remember the time that we used to heal the world with music. I would love to rock with you, but the fact is that you need to get started with a marketing strategy and there ain’t no sunshine without a well thought out plan. So here we go:

  1.  If you are looking for leads, then don’t stop ‘til you get enough. It is so off the wall if you think that you can’t win and definitely bad if you lie or mislead potential clients. Don’t be messing ‘round with trust.
  2.  Diamonds are invincible, but your marketing strategy is not. Don’t leave someone in the dark about your intentions because you won’t stand another chance to make a “second” first impression.

  3.  If you look at your competition and think “somebody’s watching me” then take it as a compliment, because it’s all in your name. They get it and know why they are copying you. Keep up your game and let them follow while you take the lead.

  4.  Don’t be doggin around with dangerous smooth criminal types. They say say say its human nature, but in reality, you can’t win. It's ok to pick and choose the clients that you want to work with and it will make you more money in the long run.

  5. With a child’s heart, I wanna be where you are… but you have to ease on down the road yourself... just be careful of rockin robin or stealing credit for content that you didn't write.. and remember… potential clients only remember “the way you make me feel”, so remember the time that YOU needed a real estate professional and jam to the beat of that… because you are not alone… your clients are not alone… and be careful about being gone too soon when they need you.

We are the world and you are too young to put your entire business on the line with cheap, copied or ineffective marketing tactics… It’s a thriller to gamble, but not with a family. Your clients are family. That’s why you need to keep your head up, give in to me, and understand that marketing is pivotal to your business’ survival. Who is it that said, “remember the time we were happy”? Make your clients happy and they will refer refer refer!!!!
