Waterbury, Vermont - Home Sales Market Trend Report - 2008 through 2018
The Waterbury, Vermont market showed some mixed signs. When compared to 2017, the number of sales were down, the 
inventory was down, and the average/median sale prices were up.
Looking at the long term trends:
- Overall, the Number of Sales have been up - except in 2018
The Average and Median Sale prices have been headed up
The Average Inventory has been somewhat consistent but certainly down over the last couple of years
Waterbury has always been in a great location for Vermonters. It is conveniently located off I-89 with relatively close proximity to Montpelier and Burlington. There are also many State of Vermont jobs in Waterbury. Stowe is just a few minutes north on Route 100 and Sugarbush is south on Route 100. Locals enjoy the restaurants and pubs downtown.
