I can't tell you how many times I have heard someone say "Take the time to work ON your business." I've heard it so many ways. Go to a hotel, do a 2-day business planning retreat. Do a marketing plan at the beginning of the year. Set up your systems. Yadda. Yadda.

If I'm eliminated today, I will have at least learned one truly, truly important fact. Taking the time to work ON your business will take it to the next level.

I had an electronic pre-listing package, of sorts. My new one is better. It may not keep me in the competition, but it's something I worked hard on and I'm proud of it. The amount of effort I put into it made me confident that it's the best that I can do with the time I had to work on it. It's not perfect. I didn't have enough time to wordsmith, so a few tweaks will make it one I can present with my head held high, and with confidence.

Good luck to us all!

This is a good recomendation.  Think I will take your advise! We all have to take a birds eye view of our own business and make an effort to fix what needs changing.

Vickie, what a great point to make.  But even better, what great confidence you now have for trying something new.  Challenging your self to go outside of your box and then practice.  You did a wonderful job with your electronic pre-listing package.  It was great.  AJ
