There are some very elementary steps to this process.

Going from procrastination to proactive, it is simple however not easy.

We better say it is easy, and leave that not out, otherwise the brain may begin to think it is hard and quit before getting started.

Every so often I fall into that procrastination mode.

Then too maybe doing that from time to time.

It is good for the brain and body, maybe I am not prostrating but meditating.

Simple. We just need to make up our minds to do it.

Begin one day at a time.

Sometimes a day can be a long period of time, maybe begin with one half of a day at first.

People who are successful, motivated, positive thinkers, just may not have that procrastination problem.

THAT IS IT!

Begin becoming a positive thinker, motivated and successful, and you can more from the procrastination mode quite quickly.

What is interesting about life, a person can go from negative to positive instantly.

Therefore, a person can go from procrastination to proactive instantly, when they make up their mind to do so.

Just like a small percentage of people are millionaires or higher.

A small amount of people is motivated, that means you must stay out of the way of a large number of people.

A walk in the quiet, even still dark morning for 15 to 30 minutes, even with your dog can give you time to do some deep thinking.

That time with our wiener dog, is great, because he goes along with whatever I say.

Except when he meets a 100-pound dog, and he feels he can whip him or her.
