Arizona Vegetarian Food Festival - Feb 2-3, 2019 in Scottsdale

It was my first visit to the Arizona Vegetarian Food Festival, but the events has been going on for 5 years now. The vendor booths offered delicious food and drinks samples, there were Chef demos and food trucks, as well as speakers on wellness activities, and live music entertainment.

I came back home with a jar of tasty kraut - when I read all the ingredients, I knew why it was so delicious - red cabbage, ginger, carrots, garlic, tumeric, green onions, cilantro. All organic was good, too.

Steffy this would have been an event I would have enjoyed attending, we have friends and acquaintances who are vegetarians and some are even vegans... I respect their life style choices, hence I have learned how to cook for them as well. With that said Diane only eats seafood, turkey and chicken.... when we go out to dinner I usually indulge in some of the red meat I miss:))Endre

Endre Barath, Jr. , lots of tasty meals were sampled at the festival. We are not vegetarian, however, I think I can easily eat vegetarian food for a few months. Thanks for stopping by.

Joe Pryor , Scottsdale and the whole Valley offers so many events daily, that it is hard to catch up with all of them. I am sure you will find more than one event to enjoy, if you decied to visit Scottsdale. That would be another reason for a meet-up, too. We are meeting with Carol Williams this coming Friday.

I would love this festival - and the kraut sounds so healthy - and delicious. I do eat seafood and chicken, but no beef or pork. Don't think I could ever go all vegetarian...those that do swear by it.

I have 3 vegetarians in my family who would enjoy that event, Steffy. Unfortunately, I've spent to many lifetimes working my way up the food chain. There's no way I can be a vegetarian!
