So the Early Spring has it 6-5. I find that fitting since even our own human weatherpeople get it wrong so very often. I'm holding out for an Early Spring BUT I know SPring will come and it is close since Spring Training for baseball starts in a week or two AND the Daytona 500 is in a couple weeks. These are my signals that Spring is near.
Whenever Spring shows up NOW is the time to prepare for the Real Estate Spring Market. Those homes on the market in March will close in the April/May timeframe. Beat the competition
