How is Success Measured In Your Business?

Real Estate Sales is a business like any other business. 

People become agents for a variety of reasons but I would hope that they would enter this profession in an attempt to become successful .  But then going back to the title, how do you measure success?  Are you the primary bread winner for your family?  Are you trying to augment another job or income stream?  Are you just bored and want to try something else?
